This special stress workshop lead by Brian Nelson, consists of two parts.

Part 1: Values in Action Character Strengths - Character strengths are the positive parts of your personality that impact how you think, feel, and behave. There are 24 universal character strengths. This portion of the workshop will help you identify your top 3-7 “Signature Strengths.” These strengths give you power, help you induce states of flow, and are truly "you at your best.” Knowing your character strengths will help you identify ways to incorporate them into daily life and give you ways to “refill your own cup.”

Part 2: Stress Dashboard - We all have unique ways in which stress manifests itself in our lives. Some are cognitive (negative thoughts), physical (tightness of belly, shortness of breath), behavioral (short-tempered, over-eating), and environmental. You will be able to identify “Red, Amber, Green” indicators for yourself to catch yourself at Amber before running off the rails.
